Rules

In handball, the basic rules center around two teams of seven players competing to score goals by throwing the ball into the opponent's net. Matches are played in two halves, each lasting 30 minutes, with players allowed to take up to three steps without dribbling the ball and must pass or shoot within three seconds of holding it. Contact is allowed, but aggressive play can lead to penalties or temporary suspensions.
